We just want to share a simple trick to make cutting corn away from the cob a bit easier. One of the challenges is cutting foods that tend to roll away from you, wobble, or are otherwise unstable. Avoid the blood shed and create flat surfaces whenever possible! We are using corn as an example simply because it is summer time and that means sweet corn is abundant! We added corn to our tomato pie, and it worked beautifully! We will be sharing that recipe soon, so make sure to check us out!
